How much does commercial cleaning cost in Las Vegas?

When do you clean?
We start one hour after your business closes, so your team and customers never see us. Whenever you close, we work around it.
What areas do you serve?

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. Every client gets a 12-month agreement, billed monthly. Your schedule and price are written into it, and you can renew or walk away at the one-year mark.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every cleaner is background-checked and legally employed by us, and every clean is staffed by at least two of our people.
What happens if you miss a clean?
If our crew misses a scheduled clean without notifying you ahead of time, your next two cleans are free. That's our No Call, No Show Protection, and it's in writing.
What if something gets missed?
Flag the spot within 24 hours of the clean and we come back and fix it, free. That's our 24-Hour Touch-Up.
Are you insured?
We provide a certificate of insurance before your first clean.
What types of businesses do you clean?
Offices, car dealerships, medical offices, dental offices, retail stores, and showrooms. Commercial only, no residential.
Do you handle medical waste or sharps?
No. Sharps and medical waste stay with your licensed waste vendor. We clean everything else.
